“Stunning, spacious and furnished beautifully. The outlook onto extensive paddocks is peaceful & relaxing, a true sense of being with nature.
Also situated in the best possible area between Denmark and Albany near Lowlands Beach, so plenty to see and do, great wineries and walks.
A true gem, can’t wait to visit again!”

Bliss in a Bucket!! Our family literally felt we were hidden away in Oz Bushland then went inside to an amazing labyrinth of rooms that depicted Africa. The beds were amazing and everything was quality.. Everything you could want and more. The kids loved feeding the Alpacas and we saw kangaroo feeding. This is a perfect location with so many activities only a 30 minute drive away to either Denmark or Albany. Watch out for the Pink Galahs at night.. That was entertaining in itself.
A fantastic place full of characters
We recently enjoyed a holiday with our extended family at Indlovu Intaba Farm. The property is in such a magical location, with beautiful scenery, very relaxing to be surrounded by nature. We loved watching the gorgeous alpacas roam around the property, a true highlight! And enjoyed feeding veggie scraps to the enthusiastic chickens and guineafowl. We also spotted fairy wrens and many other bird life while there. The accomodation was very comfortable for the 12 of us, with good kitchen facilities for cooking dinner for everyone each night. The deck was a favourite hang out spot and the kids enjoyed running around the property. Being situated midway between Denmark and Albany was convenient as it allowed us to easily visit both locations multiple times during our stay, to enjoy great restaurants, wineries/breweries and shops. Thank you so much!
Our family had such a great time at this Amazing Farmstay. The home was spotless and there was everything you could want..and more..The setting is so peaceful with not a house in sight and the location is ideal to all the restaurants, wineries and attractions. What a perfect place to relax after all the running around during the day and enjoy some bottles of wine and very bright stars!!
Wow what an amazing place and position. We loved the African theme while watching the kangaroos bouncing around the bottom paddock. Best beds ever with fresh linen. Perfect location to visit wineries and the beaches. Great Birdlife and so private and peaceful. Thank you
Excellent farm stay with alpacas! Perfect location for wineries, beach etc. House is well appointed and great for an extended family. Well worth the visit.
The most gorgeous place to unwind, explore and find your breath! Stunning inside and out. Do yourself a favour, you will not regret a visit to Indlovu Intaba farm.
lovely place to stay, peaceful and well appointed. Worth a visit and stay a while longer than planned .
We love this gorgeous property. Fantastic bedding with a luxurious feel. The owners are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Perfect location and our girls loved petting the Alpacas. Be back soon
You won’t find a better place to stay in the Great Southwest! Perfectly situated between Albany and Denmark this incredible holiday home is waiting for you! The house is so well designed between layout and decorations you will never want to leave. Waking up and enjoying your morning coffee on the porch watching with the alpacas and wildlife is one of the most peaceful things you can experience. The farm house is only minutes away from some of the best beaches in the region and short drives from numerous activities like sightseeing, hiking, wineries, and delicious bakeries that are perfect for the whole family! I wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else!
We first stayed at Indlovu Intaba Farm 2 years ago and recently returned. It’s even better than ever, Jenni and Alex have put their hearts and soul into this incredible holiday home. The rooms are fabulous, so spacious for families and so well equipped. Love the enclosed dining area, what a great idea. The location is the best, Albany and Denmark within easy reach and so many more incredible places to eat than last time. Love the alpacas in the grounds, the trees and bushes have grown beautifully and are stunning. Can’t wait to come back again soon.
We have just spent a glorious 2 days at the farm, there is everything you could want here. The house is really lovely, and big enough for all 12 of us and a baby. It was spotless with all amenities. So much for the children too toys books and videos if weather is bad. Having the animals there too is lovely. Couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Many thanks to Jenni and Alex
Overall we had a great stay. It was winter and cold, but we were fortunate in that there was little rain. The location is great and an easy drive to both Denmark and Albany, being roughly half way between them. nLittle things were a small nuisance… The power kept tripping, internet is virtually non existent, and some fittings are a little tired (the sound on the TV wasn’t working properly, and several plates on the oven didn’t work). nMore positively, the rooms are nicely themed (and an African safari theme runs through the house) and what matters most - we had a really enjoyable family time.
Absolutely stunning property and well maintained. All the necessary amenities were provided. No Mobile reception Yet we didnt mind staying disconnected from the rest of the world for few days even though Wifi was provided. Our Stay was nice and cozy during an unexpected cold front in spring. We all loved our stay.. Definitely will be back,,
Wow!! What an incredible stay. We LOVED our time here, the house was stunning and the surrounding land even more beautiful. The space was perfect for our big family, the rooms were quiet and private. The wifi wasn’t strong and there’s no reception, but other than that we had an amazing time. Would stay again for sure!! Thanks guys.
We had 9 adults share the property which had plenty of room to find your own space. Well located to allow us all to go in different direction and explore the area. The beach is only a short drive around the corner and also able to take early morning walks and not see anyone. nThe house is nicely furnished with some really interesting photos, each with a story behind them. Finding the plaque on a bolder was a nice touch.nHighly recommend booking the place and will consider returning for a mid winter break.
Spacious, luxurious, peaceful, secluded property. Wonderful stay with family. nLots of room for everyone. Tuneful turkeys and inquisitive but respectful alpacas included ! Children enjoyed running around in the spacious lawn area as well as the puzzles and games included in the toy box. Kitchen was very well equipped for preparing meals in. However we discovered a tray of vegetable patties discovered in the old style oven - someones lunch? Not sure how long it was there for.n Denmark was only 20 minutes drive away and we loved exploring nearby Lowlands Beach, West Cape Howe etc
nA breathtaking setting in the perfect location to see all the sights of the Great Southern.nThe African themed house was spotless and beautifully furnished with very comfy beds, fresh linen and views from every bedroom. nThere is every mod con, an extensive kitchen with a fab range and large dining room where we ate and played cards oohh and had a few wines.nWe drove to Lowlands beach (2 mins) and later fished where we managed to catch some whiting and herring. There is so much to see and do and Indlovu Intaba Farm is the perfect setting to come back to. Private and Peaceful. Thanks Alex and Jenni ...we will be back ..
There were lots of things we love about this property, easy communication with owners (I stuffed them around by changing the dates but they were very accommodating and easy going) location being close to Denmark, Albany and West Cape Howe. The property has lots of space both inside and out, it was clean, tidy and had lots of seating... bed are great. Our teenage kids found connecting to mobile difficult as we had banned the WiFi (its a little expensive if you go over the daily limit) but after the first day the (the teenagers) actually talked and played games, it was great. The tiny issues we encountered, there is no extraction in the bathrooms so they fog up and stay wet. The dining room isnt insulated and was cold. We moved a heater and this helped. Note we stayed in the middle of winter. I will add the kitchen facilities were great with enough wine glasses which we used every night to taste the great wine the region has to offer. Thanks for the great house we will be back.
The property is perfectly situated between Albany and Denmark, only a few minutes from beautiful Lowlands Beach. The house is spacious and fully equipped with all amenities. It has an amazing African decor, surrounded by tranquil meadows and unique livestock. We absolutely loved our stay and recommend it for anyone wanting to get away from a busy city life.
The propertys location is absolutely amazing. The little beach at the end of the road is a very special place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but I thought I would point a few things out that you may want to address with your cleaners.nnThe cleanliness of the house was not the greatest. I vacuumed the main lounge/tv room when we arrived as the floor seemed to be very dusty and when we moved some of the furniture around it was noticeable that the cleaners are not moving the furniture and cleaning underneath. There were a lot of spiderwebs all over the house, including under the main bedrooms bed. The BBQ was also not clean. I did give it a good scrub so hopefully it was left in a suitable state.nnWe could not lock the sliding door whenever we left the house. We tried to contact both numbers you gave us and no one responded.nnThe furniture in the house is also quite damaged which is not a massive issue but thought I would point it out.
Everyone loved it. Great place to relax and detached yourself from social media because of the limited internet access; we all got the chance to enjoy the beautiful scenery and savour the moment with family and friends.n•greeted by the alpacas on our arrivaln•cozy rooms with nice and comfy bedsnnHighly recommended for a large group of people travelling.nn
A group of 12 of us stayed here for the long weekend and had a fantastic time. Located close to half way between Albany and Denmark, it was an easy drive to both and lots of activities to do. It was decked out African themed, had lots of space for us all and was in a very peaceful, quiet spot. Unfortunately the TV didnt work for a few hours but eventually decided to work and the phone reception is very limited but it is the perfect way to escape reality, had everything you could want in the house plus more, the owners were great to deal with and we really enjoyed our stay.
The positive:nBeautiful spot, secluded and just an unique place in many ways. Alpacas relaxing in the garden and birds waking you up in the morning. Nice little porch to watch the stars at night. The house has all the basics that you need. We slept 7 adults quite comfortable, the master bedroom is particularly nice. Perfect location for exploring the region. nnThe negative:nCleaning was less than average, it felt like no one had been there for a while. Internet was down for a day (its in the middle of nowhere so..) and there is a limit per day you can use and a charge of 50aud when you exceed it so be careful. The dining area is on a patio so its cold in the night but theres a heater and with some mosquito repellent you should be fine. In this moment there is a disagreement with the owners regarding them retaining the whole bond off 500aud without even discussing it do to a damage on the sofa table saying that its irreparable (a glued piece of plastic) and the whole table has to be replaced. I hope we will come to a compromise about it but they havent replied me at all so Im currently putting my trust in Homeaway.
We are a group of 3 families stayed 2 nights here recently and it was a wonderful experience. We fell in love with the accomadation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable .The kitchen and bathroom were immaculate, with all the mod cons.Kids enjoyed the farm stay.Animals, birds, and plenty of games to keep them entertained. The African themed rooms, furniture and interiors was really mesmerizing. We highly recommend this accomodation to everyone.nnJoseph & Friendsn
The beautiful Indlovu Intaba Farm with its peaceful serenity provided the perfect getaway for our family to unwind and relax. Nested within archers of bushland teeming with birdlife, with its Africa/farm/bush ambiance and picture perfect surrounding beaches, we found something for everyone and every age to enjoy. Whether you enjoy cycling, walking, fishing, bathing at the many beaches, 4 wheel driving, photography, hydro zorbing down the mountain or visiting wineries and enjoying local produce - you will find all on your doorstep. The property is spacious, sparkling clean and beautifully furnished. We had such a memorable time away and did not want to leave. Highly recommended stay- will certainly want to come back. Thank you for affording us the opportunity to stay at your beautiful Indlovu Intaba Farm!
review of 5 stars..nSuperb. This wonderful home is hidden away in acres of private bushland full of birds and perfectly located for our family to enjoy the stunning coastline, galleries and wineries. The activities locally were fantastic and Jenni and Alex have obviously put a lot of thought into this property so there is something for everyone to enjoy. Till next time ...Amy
Stunning Stay - This Boutique Farm Stay was the perfect find. It was a true gem! Surrounded by nature was the peaceful atmosphere I was searching for. Located perfectly between Albany and Denmark, made for easy exploring. And not to mention, situated a very short distance from the ocean. This would be ideal for a family looking to get the most out of their vacation: nature, location, ocean, wineries, tourist activities! You cant ask for a better place to stay in the Great Southern Region!
We had a wonderful family Christmas here in the spacious house with lovely open surrounds. Enjoyed the walks in the bush and going out at night looking at the nocturnal animals. Excellent place to stay
Very spacious and peaceful home with a fun african theme. Perfect to accomodate large groups and overall was a nice getaway.
It was a great place to spend and relax. Kids had so much fun. Thank you and hope to come back soon.
Intaba farm was a lovely place to stay, especially the semi off grid living. It was wonderful waking up to undisturbed nature and the beautiful scenery from the kitchen window, watching alapacas roam the yard. Its a short drive to the lowlands beach which was great for unwinding late in the evening. The decor and theme for the whole house was welcoming and takes you on a safari without being on safari. The house is spacious and comfy. We enjoyed having breakfast in the front porch. Overally we loved our stay here.
We loved our stay, beautiful location & perfect house for our little family reunion. Thanks!
Jenni’s was a great host, the property was as advertised, private with beautiful surroundings. Though the floor gets pretty cold so do remember your indoor shoes/socks!
Lovely peaceful location, right next to one of the most beautiful beaches on the south coast of WA. Close to Denmark and Albany whilst still retaining a very private feel. Amazing place to visit
We had a great stay, plenty of space for the 10 of us. Great location between Denmark and Albany. Plus Lowlands beach is beautiful!
We loved our stay at Indlovu Intaba Farm, Jenni and Alex were so helpful and we loved how peaceful and spacious the property was. Our kids absolutely loved the Alpacas and the big house, it was perfect for us all. We really felt so relaxed and loved the fact that there were no neighbours and it was surrounded by all bush and animals. Being so close to the beach was great too, highly recommend and will definitely be back. The 4 bedrooms were all so spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the big eating area. It was clean and the African decor was a real hit with all the family. Thank you for everything
Hi Alex and Jenni, Thank you for being amazing hosts and we loved staying at your gorgeous, secluded and peaceful farm. The accomodation is beautifully decorated, very comfortable for our group of 12 people and had great ammenities for our needs. The kids loved the ample space outdoors to play with the supplied sports equipment, seeing the alpacas and birds and especially playing on the bongo drums!. Many special memories were made in the cosy lounge room where we laughed and played board games every night as a family. It is a true gem in the perfect location, between Denmark and Albany allowing us to explore both towns easily. Thank you once again! Regards Gloria
Hi Alex and Jenni We had a lovely stay at your house. The view while sitting on the deck was fantastic, so was the quietness and size of the block. Walking without having to take a car was an added benefit. The back garden a great place for young kids to run around and roll in the grass. Instructions clear and plentiful. I loved the cosiness of the lounge. Communication with the host was excellent!
We had a lovely stay at this farm property! It was amazing to have so much space for the kids to run around and it was so lovely and private too. Gorgeous views from the deck, very comfortable beds and lots of space made for a lovely getaway with our extended family.
Had a nice stay. Some issues with cleanliness of beds and kitchen utensils but overall property is great and hosts are pretty quick to respond to messages.
Great location being half way to Denmark and Albany. Very comfortable bed, good linen and very nice bathrooms. Very comfortable house for the 8 adults who holidayed there.
We loved our time away at Indlovu Intaba Farm for a family celebration. The facilities and view were awesome, with the bonus of farm animals wondering and blue wrens visiting. All the beds, living spaces and bathrooms very comfortable and neat. It’s an easy drive to Denmark and Albany. We would definitely return.
Thanks for a great stay Jenni and Alex!! We had a school group of 6 teenagers and 3 staff stay very comfortably at the farm :) The decor and amenities were amazing. We enjoyed the African details throughout the house and I would recommend your farm to anyone - especially with a big group. The kids especially loved the alpaccas and feeding the guinea fowl and chickens :) A very peaceful place to spend some time! :)
This house is a beautiful adaption of farm house that maintains the old way (ft Aga stove) but also includes all the luxuries needed for a comfortable stay. It is perfectly located between Denmark and Albany but also a very short drive to the Youngs Siding general store perfect for afternoon icecreams! The home away from home feel is not easy to create but Jenni and Alex have done a phenomenal job! We loved our time here!
A lovely property situated in a beautiful part of the south coast with excellent access to Lowlands beach. The property had all the modern conveniences you'd want with great communal spaces and a great view of the surrounding area. Would strongly recommend staying here!
A true slice of rural heaven. The property is located between Denmark and Albany which made day trips in the area very convenient. Its also a 20min walk or 4min drive to the coast. The livestock on the property easily entertained small children. All the amenities in the house were fantastic and made our stay so much more comfortable. Our hosts were easy to contact and their very informative guide helped us navigate the house.
Indlovu Intaba is the perfect home away from home. We had such a relaxing stay here, waking up to the sounds of all the different birds. Perfectly located between Denmark and Albany and close to Lowlands beach, we couldn't have asked for more. The house had everything you could possibly need and was private and secluded. We hope to be back soon!
